   GA SOS BRIAN KEMP HAS REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE

A citizen and registered voter of the state of Georgia has petitioned for the convening of a special grand jury to examine the conduct of Secretary of State Brian Kemp for placing Obama’s name on the 2012 presidential ballot, apparently without vetting him for  constitutional  eligibility.
