The real problem we have with Smart Growth rests in its core principle of communitarianism. Communitarianism is incompatible with the constitutional system established in the United States. It’s very existence, no matter how old, catchy, successful or pervasive the ideology becomes, is an act of treason.

Threats, intimidation, and murder: the silencing OKC Bombing witnesses

OKC bombing witness speaks out

In a groundbreaking interview, Infowars Nighly News host Rob Dew speaks with Don Browning, a K9 unit police officer for OKC, and Holland Van den Nieuwenhof, writer & producer for already classic exposé ‘A Noble Lie’. Browning, who found many living and dead in the rubble of the Murrah Federal Building, discusses how he received thinly-veiled threats from the feds after he began asking questions about the inconsistencies he witnessed in part of a continuing series of interviews re-examining the official lies of the Oklahoma City Bombing, which paved the way for 9/11 and false flag events yet to come.

Freddie Roden – Running for Sheriff of Walker County Georgia

Freddie Roden comments on a question posted on Facebook 12/16/2011    Freddie Roden Sheriff

Tonya Miller Fee (Posted last Friday)

I would like to know what your view is and how you stand concerning the constitution since we are in a time were certain people wants to do away with it.
Since the Sheriff is the highest law of the land, would you sell out Walker County to FEMA if they wanted to take over? What is your view on the recently passed bill to implement martial law on law abiding citizens? You have not mentioned any of the important issues (that I have heard) concerning we the people. We need a huge change in Walker County for the better, someone that will stand up to the powers that be.         Jack Fee Jr.

The Sheriff is indeed the number one law enforcement officer in the county and I firmly believe as an elected constitutional officer sworn to serve and protect the citizens and uphold the constitution, he should do just that. We all as citizens should be mindful of who we elect to all offices because history has shown us certain individuals we have elected in the past have continually worked to chip away at our constitution. Martial law is imposed where the absence of any other civil government provides for an unstable population. If a Sheriff allows martial law to be imposed on the law abiding citizens of his county he has failed to carry out his oath to those citizens. I am completely against the imposition of martial law against law abiding citizens. The Sheriff has the authority to raise a posse from locals and does not have to utilize non county citizens and certainly does not have to submit to outsiders.

Now They Want to Regulate Rainwater!?

In May, the 9th Circuit determined that rainwater draining from forest roads into local streams, rivers and lakes is “point source pollution.” As such, it must be regulated in the same way effluent from sewage-treatment plants is regulated. To make a long story short, rainwater that accumulates alongside logging roads has become a new target of environmental litigators. Several lawsuits were filed within days of the 9th                                                         Circuit’s decision.

Occupy’s ‘nerve center’ staffed by Soros activists

By Keith Kenney – Catoosa County Tea Party, December 9, 2011

I wonder if those folks who are so concerned that the Koch brothers may have monetarily suppored American’s for Prosperity and perhaps some Tea Party organizations would have similar feelings about Soros funding radicals and Professional Agitators operating an OWS nerve center. Somehow I don’t think they would have a similar concern since the OWS movement more closely reflects their political opinion. My bet is their concern exists only when rich people (Koch brothers) support conservative organizations but it is ok for rich folks (Soros) to fund and support radical left wing ones. When the Koch brothers do it that is subversion but when Soros does it, that is exercising his freedom of choice and patriotic. I don’t know if the word hypocrit fits but intellectually dishonest does.
